QWAK,Recieved a new pare of Cororan JUMP BOOTS --I killed my last pare with a boot dryer!

Put them on and laced them up went to snap the flap over the zipper of one and noticed the SNAP was broken or actualy had NOT been instaled properly at the factory so it came apart.

Called the company and said I liked the boots but the snap was broken and told the lady I could just get it fixed and would IF she took $10.00 off on my order.

Told her it would save the company $$$ and me the hstle of returning the $156.95 boots which I LIKE,even save the UPS GUY 2 extra trips.

NO can't do THAT she said but DID take my order for another pare of the SAME BOOTS with a 10% discount cupon in the box with the boots with broken snap. So NOW I got the boots I wanted agen on the way for $141.25 which is $15.70 OFF what I had just payed for the FIRST PARE which I will NOW send BACK!

Talking to TUNA just don't work! :)

BTW: the SMILIES don't work no more for me! I'm kind of used to talking here with SMILIES as PUNCTUATION! Could some body FIX that?
